Refund Eligibility:

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

Completion of 100% of the course content: You must demonstrate that you have completed all modules, lessons, exercises, and assignments included in the Sonia's Nail Academy courses.

Proof of course assignments completed will be required for this request. For example, proof of AT LEAST 50 outreaches for models and AT LEAST 3 pieces of content per week after graduating.

No results after 60 days: After completing the entire course, you must provide evidence that you have actively applied the techniques and strategies taught in the program but have not achieved any noticeable results after 60 days of completing the course.

Refund Request Process:

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Complete the course: Ensure that you have fully completed the entire course, including all modules, lessons, exercises, and assignments.

Apply the course materials: Implement the techniques, strategies, and concepts taught in the Sonia's Nail Academy courses after the 60-day period after completing the program.

Document your efforts: Keep a record of your progress, including any relevant examples, work samples, or documentation that demonstrates your active application of the course content.

Submit your refund request: After 60 days of completing the course and making sincere efforts to apply the knowledge gained, if you have not achieved any noticeable results, please contact our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Sonia's Nail Academy Refund Request."

Include your full name, email address used for the purchase, and the evidence of completion and efforts made.

Please Note - YOU MUST provide evidence of AT LEAST 50 outreaches for models and AT LEAST 3 pieces of content per week after graduating. to be eligible for this request.

Refund Evaluation:

Upon receiving your refund request, our team will review the provided evidence and assess your eligibility for a refund. We may require additional information or clarification to process your request effectively.

Refund Decision:

Once your refund request has been thoroughly reviewed, we will notify you of our decision after 7 business days. If your request is approved, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Refund Amount:

Approved refunds will be for the full purchase price of the Sonia's Nail Academy course.

Exclusions:

Please note that refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

Failure to complete 100% of the course content.

Refund requests submitted before 60 days of completing the course.

Inability to provide sufficient evidence of active application of the course materials.
